Shipping & Handling Charges
- All items are hand made, so there may be minor imperfections and subtle differences from the photos. This is all part of the uniqueness of each item.
- We truly hope you're happy with your purchase. We try to portray products as accurately as possible, but understand that it may not be quite what you were expecting. If you wish to make a return, please call or email first. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. The returned item must be unused, in new condition, with the tags still on. We will reimburse you the cost of the item once it arrives, but cannot reimburse the freight charges.
- All returns or damage reports must be made within 20 days of receipt.
- If we have made a mistake on your order, we will pay for the return freight and ship the correct item out to you free of additional freight charges.
- If an item arrives damaged, please advise as soon as possible. We will resolve the situation as quick as we can. Please understand we will need photos of the damaged box and damaged items so we can file a claim with the freight company. We may need the item returned, and will pay any shipping fees for that return.
